Yoghurt Sauce with Garlic a versatile sauce that can be served with many dishes such as kebabs and is a great low-fat alternative to mayonaise.  Can be used as a dip for chips, crisps or tacos too or with sausages and burgers.

IngredientsYoghurt sauce

16 oz. plain cold yogurt
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
salt to taste

Method

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

For a more refreshing dip you can add some fresh chopped mint

Keeps in the fridge for about 5 days
