Tzatziki – Cucumber Yogurt Dip

This is a no cook sauce that is great to serve with lots of dishes such as grilled meats and vegetables or can be served on the side with warm pitta bread.


3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced finely
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 cup greek yogurt, strained
1 cup sour cream
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill


On a bowl mix together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper

In a separate bowl blend the yogurt and the sour cream together using a whisk

Combine this mixture with the olive oil  mixture and mix well.

To finish add the diced cucumber and chopped fresh dill.

Chill for at least 2 hours before serving
