Sun-dried Tomato Dip a creamy dip which you can serve with lots of different dishes would work very well the the Breaded Lamb Cutlet recipe.  Dips can be made in advance and refrigerated in pots to use for barbeques or picnics.


IngredientsSun-dried Tomato Dip

1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
10 dashes Tabasco sauce or hot chilli sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 spring onions, thinly sliced (use both the green and white parts of the onion)

Clove of garlic (optional)

Blend together the  tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, tabasco sauce, salt/pepper and garlic if you are using it.

Add the spring onions and then blend together well
