Soloman Grundy minced beef simmered with condensed vegetable soup.  Almost no preparation time and you can serve it with rice, mashed potatoes or Potato Dumplings (try the Potato Dumplings with Instant Mash) for a hearty meal.


1 pound lean minced beef
2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed vegetable soup
1 (10.75 ounce) can water
salt and pepper to taste


In a large frying pan brown the mince over a medium heat then drain away any fat

Stir in vegetable soup and water

Simmer over a medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes
