Peanut butter and banana pancakes a sweet and satisfying, energy giving breakfast recipe at 300 calories a serving, a good start to the day.

IngredientsBanana and Peanut butter pancakes

1 cup of whole grain flour

1 egg

½ cup of milk

1 cup water

1 Banana peeled and sliced

4 teasp peanut butter

2 teasp honey

A few drops of vanilla extract (optional)


In a large bowl or food processor mix together the flour, egg, milk and water to make a smooth batter.

Add banana and peanut butter to batter

Cook the Pancakes in a little sunflour oil for a few minutes on both sides until golden brown and serve drizzled with the honey.
