No-bake Apricot Squares are easy to make with no baking required and are a healthy option for picnics and packed lunches

IngredientsNo-bake Apricot Squares

175 g/6 oz/1 small can evaporated milk
15 ml/1 tbsp clear honey
45 ml/3 tbsp apple juice
50 g/2 oz soft brown sugar
50 g/2 oz sultanas or raisins
225 g/8 oz ready-to-eat dried apricots, chopped
100 g/4 oz/1 cup desiccated  coconut
225 g/8 oz/2 cups rolled oats

Method

In a pan melt the butter or margarine with the milk, honey, apple juice and sugar.

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Press into a greased 25 cm/12 in baking tin and chill before cutting into squares.
