3 ripe large avocados (about 1 1/2 lb) pitted, peeled   

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt (or sea salt)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, finely chopped



In a large bowl mash the avacodos

Add the red pepper sauce, chopped garlic and lime juice

Season to taste

Serve in bowls with tortilla chips or in  tacos with salad leaves, cold chicken or prawns.
