Chocolate Biscuits

 

Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour                                                      
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

 

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Sift into a bowl flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt then put it to one side.
Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract in the mixture and beat again.
When mixture is well mixed, add in the dry ingredients that youy sifted together earlier  then beat again.
Add the chocolate chips and mix until it is well mixed in using a spatula.
Evenly space 12 biscuits on a nonstick baking sheet. Each biscuit is about 3 tablespoon. Slightly flatten the dough a little.

Repeat this step for 2 more nonstick baking sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cool for 30 minutes before eating.
