Chicken Salad Oriental Style a great way to use up leftover cooked chicken.  You can serve this dish lone or for a more substantial meal wrap the salad in flour tortillas or serve inside pita bread.

IngredientsChicken Salad Oriental Style

1/2 cup diced cooked chicken breast meat
2 tablespoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 cup peanut oil
3 spring onions, thinly sliced
2 radishes thinly sliced
3 ounce egg noodles – cooked, drained and chilled (you can use spaghetti)


In a small dish mix together the  the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and peanut oil for the dressing

In a serving bowl combine the chicken, onions and radishes and toss with the dressing
